Should I choose full spectrum or broad spectrum?

Full spectrum is hemp extract (CBD) that has all the properties of the plant still active and available in the oil. Every cannabinoid (more than 100) found in the hemp plant has a biochemical effect. Studies show that there is more benefit when all of the compounds found in full spectrum oil can work together synergistically in what is known as the "Entourage Effect".

Broad spectrum is hemp extract oil (CBD) that has been distilled to have minimal traces of THC. Although broad spectrum CBD has been distilled to remove all amounts of detectable THC, we can never assure individuals that they will pass a drug screening while taking broad spectrum products. Although unlikely, a positive drug screening may be possible. For those who wish to reap the benefits of CBD without the concern of testing positive on a drug test, we recommend broad spectrum CBD.

How long does CBD take to work?

Some people get results fast, while others need a longer period of consistent use to notice a difference. Consistency, patience, and finding the perfect dose for your unique needs are needed before you decide if CBD works for you. The most common reason why CBD "doesn't work" is because individuals are inconsistent with taking CBD or stop taking CBD much too soon.

What dosage should I take?

Everyone is unique and the fact remains that everyone is in a different place and will react differently to their CBD dosage. As dosage of CBD differs for each person, it is best to start small and gradually increase at a comfortable level until you experience the desired result.

Will CBD make me high?

No. Although our full spectrum products to contain THC, there isn't enough THC to produce psychoactive effects. Full spectrum extracts from hemp come with a negligible THC content - below 0.3%
